We report on the study of the modification of the electron-quasiparticle in
teraction (EQI) function in Stoner enhanced paramagnet CeNi5 when magnetic
Nd-ions are substituting Ce-ions, using point-contact (PC) spectroscopy. Th
e intensity of the spin fluctuations peak at similar to 2.5 meV in CeNi5 de
creases with increasing Nd content and it vanishes for x = 0.5. The CEF pea
k from Nd-ions arises at x = 0.5, in the magnetically ordered state. (C) 20
