In submillimeter transmission spectra of Ho3F5O12 resonance modes originati
ng from single-ion electron transitions inside of Ho3+ ions and collective
excitations (ferromagnetic (FMR) resonance) were observed. Temperature depe
ndencies of their resonance frequencies, line widths and mode contributions
to a static magnetic permeability have been obtained. A significant increa
se of the FMR frequency at low temperatures being comparable with some He-m
odes results in a strong coupling of oscillations in the Ho- and Fe-subsyst
