Abstract
The sound wave propagation in the Fermi-liquid of charge carriers with quas i-1D and quasi-2D energy spectrum is investigated theoretically The Fermi-l iquid interaction affects significantly the shape, but does not violate the conditions under which the giant oscillations of sound attenuation dependi ng on 1/H, are observed.
