Abstract
We report the characteristics of Bi-2212 intrinsic Josephson junctions (IJJ ) showing single-Cooper-pair tunneling effect with a decrease of their in-p lane area, S, smaller than a micron scale. The junctions show the typical s lope of critical current and current peak-like structure up to 37 K. (C) 20 00 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
