Mass spectrometry is an important tool for the identification and structura l determination of flavonoid glycosides. The advantages of mass spectrometr y are high sensitivity and possibilities of hyphenation with liquid chromat ographic methods for the analysis of mixtures of compounds, Different desor ption ionization methods allow the analysis of underivatized glycosides.
