Abstract
Aminosuccinyl peptides were obtained by acylation of alpha-amino esters wit h tert-butyloxycarbonyl-L- and D-aspartic acids in the presence of N-ethyl- N'-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and N-hydroxybenzotriazole.
