A rapid and economic technique for RAPD analysis of plant genomes is p
roposed. It is based on a rapid micromethod of extraction of high qual
ity plane DNA and an optimized program of DNA amplification. Data on u
sing the technique for the analysis of genotypes of different species
of the genus Allium, interspecies hybrids of the family Brassicacea, a
nd species of grapes from an ampilographic collection and also for gen
otyping maize lines and their hybrids are presented.
