Abstract
A large coronary aneurysm, originating from a side branch of the right coro nary artery, caused recurrent ischemia resulting in myocardial infarction. Successful surgical excision, without concomitant coronary artery bypass gr afting, is described. (C) 2000 by The Society of Thoracic Surgeons.
