Henoch-Shonlein purpura is a common cause of vasculitis in children. This c
ondition is unusual in infants and children younger than 2 years. We descri
be a 4-month-old infant with infantile Henoch-Shonlein purpura and review t
he clinical spectrum, differential diagnoses, and the histopathologic featu
res of the disease. Its relations to Henoch-Schonlein purpura in older chil
dren are discussed.
