A correlation analysis for a survey of compact radio sources (similar to 0.
1 ") is presented. The survey is based on interplanetary-scintillation obse
rvations carried out at 102 MHz on the Large Phased Array of the Lebedev Ph
ysical Institute. The survey area covers 0.1 ster centered on the direction
alpha = 10(h)28(m) and delta = 41 degrees. The distribution of scintillati
ng sources is uniform on scales 1 degrees < theta < 6.5 degrees. (C) 2000 M
