Abstract
The synthesis and evaluation of a series of conformationally restricted ana logues of 10-formyl-tetrahydrofolate as potential inhibitors of glycinamide ribonucleotide transformylase (GAR Tfase) or aminoimidazole carboxamide tr ansformylase (AICAR Tfase) are reported.
