Abstract
A case of isolated bilateral xanthogranulomatous perinephritis, which prese
nted as a symmetrical irregular perirenal rim of soft tissue, is reported.
Differential diagnosis and image features on ultrasound, computed tomograph
y, and magnetic resonance are discussed.
