Abstract
Hepatic angiomyolipoma (AML) is a rare tumor containing a variable amount o
f fat. Angiomyolipoma prevalently constituted by vessels can be difficult t
o differentiate from other hypervascular hepatic tumors containing a small
amount of fat. We describe US power Doppler findings in a case of hepatic A
ML with minimal fat content.
