It is shown that the nuclear resonance interaction strongly enhances the st
anding wave pattern formed in a multilayer structure at Bragg reflection. I
t is surprising that the amplitude of modulations increases with a depth an
d has a maximum in the middle part of multilayer for the time-dispersive me
thod of investigation. The behavior of standing waves can be used for depth
selective measurements.
