System reconstruction for enterprise organization: Forewarning management and system analysis

The occurrence laws of adverse circumstances for enterprises in a market ec onomic situation and the system reconstructability mechanisms of enterprise organizations in an adverse environment are studied. By bringing to light the formation mechanisms and activity characteristics of enterprise managem ent fault and management systems conclusion, a constructional method for th e managing system of forewarning and pre-control in enterprise organization is suggested. It enables the process of recognition, prevention, and corre ction of management faults to be performed within enterprises.
