Abstract
In this paper, a new approach of disk tilt servo by using piezoelectric mod al wavefront actuator is proposed. A compatible configuration of commerical optical pickup head (PUH) is presented with a piezoelectric folding mirror . Based on this device, the innovation has the advantages of high bandwidth , linear control, simple drive line and high spatial wavefront resolution.
