Abstract
First-principles, spherical, nonsingular, nonretarded multipole atomic
dispersion interactions are developed to the order of e(4) (e the pro
ton charge) through a semi-classical field approach. The resulting pot
ential has been tested successfully for a heterogeneous H-He system. (
