KARMEN, the Karlsruhe-Rutherford Medium Energy Neutrinoexperiment at the pu
lsed spallation neutron facility ISIS uses beam stop neutrinos nu(mu), nu(e
) and (nu)over bar(mu) from pi(+) and mu(+) decay at rest to search for neu
trino oscillations in the appearance channels nu(mu) --> nu(e) and (nu)over
bar(mu) --> (nu)over bar(e) and in the disappearance channel nu(e) --> nu(
x). The signature for the oscillations is based on charged current neutrino
nuclear interaction spectroscopy in a high resolution 56t liquid scintilla
tor calorimeter. This update on KARMEN oscillation results covers the new p
eriod of data acquisition (KARMEN 2) from February 1997 to February 1999 wi
th the additional veto system installed in 1996 in operation. KARMEN 2 show
s no evidence for neutrino oscillations and excludes an even larger region
of the LSND (nu)over bar(mu) --> (nu)over bar(e) oscillation parameter spac
e than KARMEN 1.
