Abstract
The heat effects of solution of dispersed dyes in aqueous-organic water-dim ethylformamide (DMFA) and water-EtOH solvents and of interaction between th e mixed solvents and polyester fiber were measured. The experimental adsorp tion isotherms were used to calculate the thermodynamic parameters of adsor ption of dispersed dyes on polyester from solutions in water and water-DMFA and water-ethanol solvents. Desolvation of adsorbents and adsorbates was s hown to have the strongest influence on the thermodynamic characteristics o f adsorption.
