Abstract
Two patients with venal artery involvement in type B dissection of the aort a were treated by percutaneous stent implantation. Both of them were hypert ensive and showed increasing serum creatinine levels. After stent implantat ion in the renal arteries blood pressure ann renal function improved, and t he renal arteries were patent in duplex ultrasound 15 and 30 months after t reatment respectively.
