Abstract
The applications. of amperometric sol-gel modified enzyme biosensors in num
erous analyses of clinical, industrial and environmental importance have be
en demonstrated. Certain biosensors have been employed as the sensor in a F
IA amperometric detector. The results obtained by the biosensors generally
corroborate well with the classical or official method. In many cases, the
recovery results obtained by the biosensor have been satisfactory.
