Abstract
RRTree is a user-friendly program for comparing substitution rates between lineages of protein or DNA sequences, relative to an outgroup, through rela tive rate rests. Genetic diversity is taken into account through use of sev eral sequences, and phylogenetic relations are integrated by topological we ighting.
