Abstract
Rich electrochemistry and strong electronic couplings across the carbon bri dges are revealed for compounds composed of two tetra(mu-N,N'-2-anilinopyri dinate)diruthenium(ii,iii) termini bridged by either butadiynediyl (1) or e thynediyl (2) ligands.
