An electrochemiluminescence (ECL) biosensor based on solid-phase antigen co
mpetitive immunoreactions was constructed to determine methsulfuron-methyl
using Ru(bpy)(3)(2+) as labeling reagent, The coating hapten was bound to t
he surface of microparticles through avitin-biotin reaction, An electrochem
ical flow cell containing working electrodes and counter electrodes for ini
tiation of the ECL reaction was constructed, Results showed that the detect
ion limit for methsulfuron-methyl was 0. 1 ng/ mL.
