Abstract
Recently we reported on the development of a new semipreparative HPLC techn ique for the purification of leuprorelin CII. This new method, referred to as a "sawtooth technique" utilizes two successive gradients of two differen t eluent systems on the same column. Here we show our new results on extend ing the purification of leuprorelin from the semi-preparative 0.1-2 g) to t he preparative (3-25 g) scale.
