Abstract
A 34-year-old African-American female diagnosed earlier with idiopathic thr ombocytopenic purpura (ITP), lymphadenopathy, splenomegaly, uveitis, and pu lmonary nodules, developed a subclavian artery aneurysm, and generalized an nular osteosclerotic lesions with disabling arthralgias. Biopsies fr-om bon e and lymph node revealed non-caseating granulomas and no evidence of malig nancy or infection, confirming the clinical impression of sarcoidosis.
