Abstract
Electrical conductivity of mixed conducting perovskite-type oxide, La1-xSrx Co0.2Fe0.8O3-delta (LSCF, 0.4 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 0.7) was determined as functions of Sr-content (x), temperature (T) and ox ygen partial pressure [P (O-2)]. Crystal structure and oxygen nonstoichiome try (delta) of LSCF was evaluated and correlated with its electrical proper ty. The electrical conductivity (sigma) in LSCF was greatly affected by oxy gen nonstoichiometry and B-O-B angle (B; B-site elements) in the crystal.
