Abstract
The square-wave adsorptive stripping voltammetric behaviour of cysteine at the physiological pH (7.40) has been optimised with respect to accumulation time, accumulation potential, scan rate and drop size. This study describe s the application of voltammetry to studies on the interaction of cysteine with monosaccharides.
