Phase relations in the In-Fe-Te system along the In2Te3-FeTe2 join were stu
died by differential thermal analysis, x-ray diffraction, and microstructur
al analysis. The join was found to contain two compounds, FeIn8Te14 (cubic
structure) and In2Fe4Te11 (monoclinic structure), melting congruently at 70
1 and 685 degrees C, respectively.
