Abstract
Delayed vascular injury after revision total hip arthroplasty is a rare and unusual complication. We report a case of a mechanical complication in whi ch migration of a constraining ring locking mechanism used during a revisio n total hip arthroplasty caused a pseudoaneurysm of the common femoral arte ry.
