Abstract
Laparoscopic adrenalectomy was performed early in the second trimester of p regnancy in a woman with an aldosteronoma causing hypertension (254/154 mm Hg). The patient was later delivered of a healthy baby. With suitable preca utions and timing, major laparoscopic surgery can be performed safely durin g pregnancy.
