From unsharp to sharp quantum observables: The general Hilbert space case

An unsharp quantum observable can be considered a realization of a sharp ob servable if and only if it is commutative. In this paper we describe an exp licit procedure for reconstructing such a sharp observable and for establis hing the probabilistic correlations between the sharp reconstruction and th e given unsharp observable.
