Abstract
This report describes a patient who had dizziness and loss of balance. Duri ng routine investigation, a mass located on the anterior mitral valve leafl et was detected on transthoracic echocardiography. The patient underwent su rgery for a mass located on the mitral valve, and histopathologic examinati on determined the mass was a myxoma.
