Abstract
We report two patients who developed Pisa syndrome after treatment with cho linesterase inhibitors-cognition-enhancing navel agents for patients with A lzheimer's disease. Cholinergic excess could be another factor in Pisa synd rome, especially in cholinergically-imbalanced Alzheimer's disease.
