Em. Kudriavtsev et al., Temperature dependence of the velocity of a slow soliton wave of changes in optical reflection and conductivity excited by a laser pulse in solids, LASER PHYS, 10(3), 2000, pp. 733-740
The mechanism behind the propagation of a slow wave of changes in reflectio
n and conductivity (WCRC) excited by an infrared laser radiation pulse is i
nvestigated experimentally and theoretically. It is demonstrated that two d
ifferent (rising and falling) temperature dependences of the WCRC velocity,
observed in experiments performed with different materials, can be qualita
tively described in terms of the theory of a slow wave of recombination of
laser-induced defects.
