Abstract
The diffuse phase transition of Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3,)O-3-PbZrO3-PbTiO3 (PZN-PZ-PT ) ternary solid solution near the rhombohedral/tetragonal morphotropic phas e boundary (MPB) is reported in this paper for the first time. All composit ions near MPB exhibit a relaxer behavior around dielectric permittivity pea k. It is found that the extent of diffuse phase transition of PZN-PZ-PT inc reases with the increases of PbZrO3/PbTiO3 ratio. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
