Abstract
A simple, convenient and effective way is demonstrated to reduce the field losses of the reconstructed image in the dual-wavelength nonvolatile hologr aphic storage by adding a cylindrical lens in the holographic recording con figuration. The experimental results show that this technique makes the dua l-wavelength nonvolatile holographic storage compact and practical. (C) 200 0 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
