Abstract
The Attitudes Toward Male Nurses Scale was modified and then administered t o a stratified-by-sex sample of: 149 members of a state chapter of the Nati onal Association of Social Workers. Analysis suggests suitable internal con sistency for the modified 15-item measure and provides empirical support fo r the scale's convergent-discriminant validity.
