Abstract
A practical four-step synthesis of (1S)-tert-butyl-1,2-ethylenediamine has been developed. The sequence proceeds in good overall yield via crystalline intermediates and provides the title compound in 99.3% ee. (C) 2000 Elsevi er Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
