Abstract
In this article, we consider the diffraction of an electromagnetic wav e by a lamellar amplitude multilayer grating (LAMG), in conical mounti ngs, when the incident wave vector is not in a plane perpendicular to the grooves. A modal expansion technique based on Bloch's theorem is u sed with an R-recursive propagation scheme. We compare the zeroth orde r diffraction efficiency measurements with the theoretical results.
