Complications after laparoscopic gynecologic procedures: CT findings

Laparoscopic gynecologic surgery has gained worldwide popularity in the pas t few years, but complications of this new technique do occur. We encounter ed three patients who developed major complications after laparoscopic gyne cologic procedures including perforation of the sigmoid colon, urinary blad der, and ureter. We report the computed tomographic findings of these cases and the diagnostic dilemmas they posed.
