Abstract
We reviewed our experience using rotational atherectomy to treat internal m ammary artery distal anastomotic lesions or lesions located in the native v essels distal to the graft insertion. The procedure is technically feasible and appears to be safe and effective in selected patients, with a high suc cess rate and low incidence of complications.
