Abstract
Dobutamine stress echocardiography was found to be in good agreement with e xercise radionuclide angiography in assessing stress-induced left ventricul ar dysfunction in patients with asymptomatic moderate to severe aortic regu rgitation. Therefore, it may constitute a valuable alternative for this pur pose.
