Abstract
Among a cohort of patients exposed to the anorexic combination fenfluramine -phentermine, a 30.6% rate of significant valvular regurgitation was found, predominantly affecting the aortic valve. Both the dose of combination the rapy and longer duration of use were significant predictors of valve regurg itation.
