The glutathione-S-transferase Al cDNA was amplified from the total RNAs of
human liver by RT-PCR, and inserted into plasmid pMG36e. The hGSTA1 was exp
ressed in Lactococcus lactis MG1363 and verified by SDS-PAGE and Western bl
ot, purified by affinity chromatography and showed enzymatic activity. (C)
