Abstract
Alkyl and alkoxycarbonyl derivatives 6-24 of ginkgolide B, prepared in one step from ginkgolide B through alkylation and acylation and evaluated for t heir in vitro ability to inhibit the PAF-induced aggregation of rabbit plat elets, show equivalent or superior activities to ginkgolide B.
