Peripheral infusion of diazemuls

Diazemuls is a very powerful anxiolytic agent with sedating and antiepilept ogenic properties. Unfortunately until now it has not been possible to give Diazemuls accurately and safely as an infusion. A new delivery system ensu res that, as an infusion, this drug is potentially very effective in treati ng patients with terminal agitation, status epilepticus, drug and alcohol w ithdrawal.
