Abstract
CT peritoneography is the investigation of choice for suspected leaks or hernias in patients on continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (C APD). We report a case of transvaginal leak of peritoneal dialysate in a young woman, confirmed by CT peritoneography. CAPD has been success fully recommenced following the repair of a left vaginal vault erosion .
