Abstract
It is well known that the Barkhausen noise occurs from magnetization jumps caused by the magnetic walls motion. We have studied applications of the Ba rkhausen noise to non-destructive evaluation of materials. In this paper, w e focus on the chaotic nature of the Barkhausen noise measured on silicon s teel sheets with scratch, and present the qualitative characteristics under rotational magnetic field.
