Abstract
Co66Nb9Cu1Si12B12 metallic glass is used as the parent material for nanocry stalline magnets exhibiting low Curie temperature of the amorphous matrix ( 100-140 K). Two structural transformations of the as-spun alloy are identif ied during the annealing process. The microstructures created are related t o magnetic properties of the nanocrystalline samples.
